Who the heck is this guy?

My name is Cliff Springs.  I own a successful marketing firm and production studio in South Carolina (Genesis Studios). I’m a committed Christian (Southern Baptist), husband, and father of three. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Columbia, SC branch of Bethany Christian Services (a pro-life, Christian adoption agency) and also for an organization called Youth Corps (a youth leadership program). I vote consistently Republican, but I call myself a conservative first (in fact, I have been quite dissatisfied with many elected Republicans who do not embrace conservative principles). I write professionally as part of my job, and also as a contributor to opinion sections of various publications. 

I love The Simpsons (as you would immediately know if you visited the Studio) and like to have fun in everything I do.  I’m mercilessly playful and irreverently jovial.  My friends are often surprised at the seriousness of my writing in light of my complete lack of seriousness anywhere else.  As I am now free to write without restrictions on length or without fear of the sword of a newspaper editor, you will likely see my true personality injecting itself between the lines of serious commentary.
